Brymore School Campaign to Keep Farming In Schools

Brymore School are running a campaign about Land Based studies (such as Environmental Land Based Studies, Agriculture and Horticulture) in the school league tables. The government is looking to exclude them in the 2015 tables but are, however, keeping Hair and Beauty which, when you consider that Land Based Studies are vital to keeping the economy of this country’s food and farming production going seems to most, a trying comparison.

They have begun an online petition, put a page on their website and have written a dedicated information booklet, using statistics and quotes, which is fully informative of the reason why Land Based Studies, which are analytical and scientific in their outputs, should stay in the league tables.
