Bee Craft Ltd Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Bee Craft Ltd (Bee Craft) is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales registration number 463112, whose registered office is at National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire CV8 2LZ. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Bee Craft for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these Bee Craft web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Bee Craft. In accessing the Bee Craft web pages, you agree that you may download only the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), transmit, adapt or change in any way the content of theseBee Craft web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Bee Craft.

Validity

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information; however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability of Goods

All items in stock are generally despatched within 5 working days. If Bee Craft has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, Bee Craft does not charge your credit card until the date your order is sent to you. Bee Craft will inform you by email at the address given in your order form and any sum which may have been credited from your credit card will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.

Your Undertakings and Warranties

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why.

Payment

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Bee Craft shop. If you proceed to order you will have the right to cancel for the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right. If you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery costs. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

Refunds

A  Direct Debit to Bee Craft Limited can be cancelled at any time by the subscriber and any refund will be made in line with the terms of the Direct Debit scheme. However, if the subscriber fails to cancel the Direct Debit, any refund will be at the discretion of Bee Craft Limited and an administration fee will apply.

Force Majeure

Bee Craft shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

Safe Shopping – Secure Guarantee

The Bee Craft shop places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use an advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you and Bee Craft shall be governed by English law and you and Bee Craft submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
