Kent/Surrey Branch Secretary Portal
To update the BeeCraft subscription records for your branch, please follow the instructions below.
Updating the subscriber records
1. Visit https://www.bee-craft.com/upload-scheme-c/
2. Enter your email address and discount code to log into the portal.
3. Click “Choose file” to upload a subscriber record spreadsheet which contains the changes you would like to make.
4. You will receive an automatic invoice within 24 hours of your submission. This invoice will contain a full summary of the changes you have made as well as details on how to make your payment. If your branch is due a refund, this will be made to you within five working days.
Using the subscriber record spreadsheet
To add a new subscriber:
- Fill in the subscriber’s details in columns A–M.
- Put an “N” in column N.
To update an existing subscriber (eg change of address or subscription type):
- Fill in the subscriber’s details in columns A–M, ensure this includes their new information.
- Put an “N” in column N.
To cancel a subscriber:
- Fill in the subscriber’s details in columns A–M.
- Put an “Y” in column N.
If you would like to access your current subscriber record, you can request one at any time by emailing [email protected].
Please note that you can only submit one subscriber record spreadsheet per day.
